The most historic decisions since Delgamuukw were delivered on November 18, 2004 by the Supreme Court of Canada handed down its rulings in the Haida case and the Taku River First Nation case. To mark this historic legal juncture the Council of the Haida Nation and EAGLE hosted “The Spirit of the Earth”: A symbolic procession in Vancouver on November 25, 2004.
